"Property was picked for location due to my business requirements in Brisbane city and easy access to Gold Coast theme parks for wife and kids.
The reception we received on check in and check out, quite cold and not the standard of service you would expect in a Hotel of this caliber. Information provided on the Hotel was very limited.
My expectation may be too high however I do like the option of walking to a restaurant in the same building or an adjacent complex. This complex / estate did not offer any of this. Need to drive or be driven.
Would I stay again? Probably not.

From both Brisbane and Coolangatta airports, you can take either a shuttle, limousine or taxi. If driving north, turn off the M1 at exit 57 to Sanctuary Cove, Hope Island. Follow the road directly to the resort which is located just inside the entrance to Hope Island Resort, on the right hand side. If driving from the south, same directions apply.
