"If you want to be in the middle of all the action on Bangla road this is the place to stay. Depending on where your room is, it can be a bit noisy at night time when the clubs and bars are playing their music until the wee hours. The pool is great, and staff didn't mind that we used it after hours as long as we were not disturbing anyone. "This hotel is perfect for a week's vaction-right in Bangla Road with heaps of nightlife but no noise. Plenty of things to do and see and very handy to everything. Staff were excellent and prices reasonable. Best to have some form of transport as touts everywhere as soon as you leave the hotel grounds. Security was good and we felt safe.

"My boyfriend and I just returned from a stay at Baan Sukhothai in March 2008. It was the most perfect location in Patong Beach! The resort is in the main street which is closed from 6pm onwards so people can walk in the street without getting run over! Street is full of bars and clubs, markets, and a 2 minute walk to the beach! Could not find a better location if you want to be in the centre of the action. Helpful and friendly staff, lovely pool, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Recommended!" - Anna McKey
