An excellent location close to the skytrain and metro line. Comfortable rooms with free wifi and breakfast. A good choice in Sukhumvit.

Good location, about 10 minute walk to the nearest BTS station (Asok). Room is not very spacious but good enough for the price. They clean the room and provide new sheets/towels everyday. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This place was great! The staff were very helpful with suggestions and information, and there was even free internet in the lobby.

Rooms are neat and clean, breakfast is nice and easy to eat. Taxi would cost around 350B to get the Baan from the Airport. Good location, plenty of restaurants nearby and also not far from a nice little park with tortoise and catfish in the man made lake. A very short walk to the sky rail. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location, service and atmosphere of the hotel is very good. The staff is very polite.Although the lobby is basic and small you feel very much at home. We love the sofa area where you can sit relax and chit chat over drinks.

Location: Sukhumvit Soi 20 in a small and quiet alley way. Not a whole lot of tourist/local activities. Conveniently located about 500m from BTS station. It's actually the perfect distance from the station to make it accessible but yet far from the hustle and bustle of the commute. Facilities: Basic hotel, free wifi, elevator. Rooms were kept very clean by staff. White sheets and towels. Beds were soft. Service: Very friendly. Staff speaks English. Pricing: Could be a bit less expensive given the smaller nature of the facilities. Recommended for travelers looking for a small quiet place to stay w/o the need for all the bells and whistles of a bigger hotel.

We stayed in this hotel just one night. It is a small hotel located close to the metro station in a popular Sukhumvit district. Although the room was not too spacious, it was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast did not have much to choose from – it was not a buffet breakfast but a plate served by the hotel kitchen. Overall, this hotel may be a good choice for a short stay in Bangkok for a reasonable price.

Spotless, charming and well located hotel. Excellent breakfast; internet available free and a mini-bar that charges NORMAL prices. If using the BTS just take Exit 6 and you will within walking distance. Will stay at this hotel again and will recommend it.
