Bach Dang Hotel Ho Chi Minh City

"The hotel was very clean. We had fresh linen and towels everyday. The beds were already made by the time we came back after lunch for our siesta. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our querries regarding direction around HCMC. We first stayed there for 3 days before departing to Dalat for 3 days. When we returned for our 2nd stay at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised that we have been upgraded to a suite without additional costs. Bach Deng is located in the heart of the city and is within short walking distance to the main attractions in HCMC eg Behn Than Market, Opera House, Post Office, Cathedral, restaurants etc. The only drawback is that there is only 1 staircase for the 6 floors of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again but would insist on a room on the lower floors." - Wong Hai Sang

"A very good location just off the main shopping street. My room did not have a window, since buildings next to the hotel blinded all windows which do not lead to the main road. It is ok if you stay shortly (me just one night), but for longer stays I would make sure I get a room with a window. " - Libor Husnik
