Located within the Baguio Pines Garden Villas Subdivision, right at the heart of Baguio City.
Check-in Procedure:
Check-in starts at 7am to 9pm and check-in time will be check-out time. A receipt of all furniture and furnishings will be signed by the tenant, damages or loss will be paid for by the tenant. The unit will be turned over to the tenant in clean state. No cleaners, cleanliness will be the responsibility of the tenant. Linens and towels will only be changed once every seven days.
No credit card payments are accepted. Please pay the balance payable due to hotel in cash only.
Car parking:
A pass will be issued for the car/cars of each apartment tenants. Cars without passes will not be allowed to enter the Pines Garden Villas
Child Policy:
Children 1 year old and below are free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents
