"This hotel is ok if you just want a place a sleep after a whole day of shopping and going around Bankgkok. The location is quite centralised for shopping. Other than the good location and a reasonable price that goes with it, the rest (service, facilities) are nothing memorable. There's a lot of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness (air was musty and decor looks run down) and service (e.g. empty tissue box was not replaced, half the food ran out and wasn't replenished during breakfast on one day).
