Whatever the ad. said, I was disappointed to find that the fee for WIFI is 200ThaiBt./hr. One advantage of this hotel is that it is only 150 metres from the Rajpralop station of the Airport Rail link (City Line, whereby you can commute to and from the Suwanaphum international Airport with in 25 minute. Also, you can connect to the BTS sky train very easy.

I stayed here before and the choice of breakfast is getting less than before

Boutique, in general, is good for those who welcomes a bed after a hectic day of shopping and walking. Room is small and the one I had has a stale odour. However the housekeeping is around to rid the smell with some deoderant spray. Nothing fancy but serves the purpose.

Definitely can improve on the showers,no consistent hot water.

For a budget hotel, this is a good and resonable deal. It is near the shopping area and baiyoke Sky hotel, and restuarant is just beside it.

Overall the hotel is very good in term of price, location. My 6 friends and I really have no difficulty to travel around the places we wanted to visit. Plus there is a 50% discount(370BHT lunch, 420BHT dinner) for the buffet lunch or dinner threw in at the tallest building in Bangkok, Baiyoke Sky. It's really make it worth. Recommend for people who want to have good location.

The hotel would have met my expectation fully except for the fact of having to pay 50 baht for accidentally breaking a drinking glass in the room.

The receptionists are all good. They speak politely and friendly. The doorbells are good,too. They service with their mind. The breakfast is really good. I love all they serve us. I like this hotel very much. If I have a chance to come to Bangkok again, Baiyoke Boutique Hotel Bangkok is the first hotel that I will choose. (Sure)

Baiyoke Boutique really exceeds my expectations especially for the price i paid! The lobby and the rooms are fantastic, clean and big enough. Felt really comfortable. Service was nothing fantastic except for a few of them. It wasn't really consistent. But felt really comfortable with 1 of the front office agent, she speaks a lil japanese i think as well as 1 of the managers. Bell boys are quite helpful too but the rest of the front office agents are quite rude. I would go back to Baiyoke Boutique just for the rooms that are reasonably priced.

This hotel is ok if you just want a place a sleep after a whole day of shopping and going around Bankgkok. The location is quite centralised for shopping. Other than the good location and a reasonable price that goes with it, the rest (service, facilities) are nothing memorable. There's a lot of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness (air was musty and decor looks run down) and service (e.g. empty tissue box was not replaced, half the food ran out and wasn't replenished during breakfast on one day). Anyway, was there for the shopping and the great food. :)

Pretty decent no-frills hotel for those who likes convenience and affordability. However a word of caution for dining in their in-house cafe... not the wisest of choice unless you are pressed for time.

This is the 1st time I'm staying in this hotel and I am quite happy with their services. Customer service is their priority and that is what I'm looking for. I had some difficulties looking for the hotel on the 1st day as most of the taxi drivers only knew where Baiyoke Sky Hotel is. We actually have to drive thru Baiyoke Sky to get to Baiyoke Boutique. Getting out to the main road on Petchaburi is quite tough as we need to squeeze thru a crowded lane which is opposite Platinum Mall. But nevertheless, the hotel is great. Recommended.

Overall the hotel is nice to stay except that is a bit noisy when people walk pass thru and talk loudly.And the carpet is a bit easy therefore is will be good if they can prepare slipper for the guest to wear during the stay.I will definetely stay at this hotel the next trip i go for bkk.

Reasonable hotel for the price paid. Room is ok (u get wat u pay for). Location is not v accessible. Cabs cannot enter the road in the early morning or late night due to setup of stalls. Have to walk a fair bit to nearest BTS (Chidlom).

Maybe a rare cockroach creeped into my room because e place looks clean otherwise. good place though noth many taxi driver knows it and stops you at Baiyoke Sky instead, then you walk thru a lane along the carpark to get back (about 5mins, long if you are lazy, tired, carrying lotsa stuffs). Service is warm and great though!

Great budget accommodation in the city center, free shuttle bus, few discount coupons etc. the most important - friendly staff with a big smile recomended

The Baiyoke Boutique Hotel is Located behind the Baiyoke Sky Hotel. The room windows were small and there was no pleasant outlook. The decor of the rooms was also a little dark to our liking. The buffet breakfeast was well presented with a reasonable range of choices. Staff were friendly and helpfull. For the money we were provided with clean comfortable bedding and bathroom which was clean with everything working. Reasonable value if Pratunam is where you want to stay in Bangkok on a limited budget.
