Bajondillo Apartments Torremolinos

"Because of the low price of the Bajondillo I wasn't expecting a lot. I was very happy to be proved wrong. It is in an excellent location across from the beach with easy access to the town centre and its train and bus stations. The staff were friendly and efficient. The standard of cleanliness in all parts of the building was very high. Although the room was similar in size to an average hotel room having a fridge and a two ring cooking plate was occasionally useful. With the abundance of reasonably priced restaurants in the area there is no need to cook so its use was confined to preparing the odd breakfast and cups of tea when required. I recommend the Bajondillo and will definitely return." - Anonymous

"We stayed in February and hotel seemed to have a lot of older people "resident" who were very protective of "their" chairs, etc. in bar. Some bar staff quite brusque. Reception staff excellent." - Anonymous

"I found the standard of the studio and fittings better than the 4 star [other hotel] I have stayed at before, which is almost next door to the Bajondillo appartments. The appartments were actually a cross between a hotel room and self catering appartments. The self catering facilities were very minimal but adequate. However there are loads of places to eat nearby. The rooms were cleaned every day except Sundays. The communal areas were ok. Entertainment in the evenings went on till 1am and it was fairly noisy till 1.30am, so if you sleep early this could be a problem. On the other hand you couldn't hear the rooms next door. The location is excellent. It was situated just across the beach promenade and a few minutes walk to Torremolinos centre. What I loved best was having my cup of tea on the balcony, watching the sea, the people on the beach, and hearing the sound of the waves." - Anonymous
