Within easy walking distance of the centre of Daylesford and only minutes from the Lake, Balconies Daylesford is surrounded by spacious, shady verandas overlooking acres of landscaped parkland and ornamental lakes. Snuggle up on one of our comfy sofas with a favourite book, unwind and relax with a glass of chilled local wine on the veranda. Rejuvenate in the hot tub, swim and exercise in the indoor pool, feed the ducks on our ornamental lakes & enjoy delicious breakfasts al fresco overlooking the gardens. You’ll be impressed by the innovative interior design, pleasant gardens and the friendly, professional service that awaits you. We have combined luxury and design with comfort, quality and affordability. The en-suite bedrooms are stylish, with crisp linens, luxurious throws, pastel shades and comfy furnishings; bath sheets & bath robes. TWIN BEDS MUST BE REQUESTED & ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY & A SUPPLEMENT OF $25 PER NIGHT. All rooms have i-pod docks, radio alarm clocks, LCD TVs, DVD/CD, Molton Brown toiletries, generous hospitality tray, minibar with wine selection, complimentary mineral water, hairdryer & iron/board.

Getting there:
Balconies Daylesford is situated at 35 Perrins Street, just off Central Springs Road which runs off Vincent Street. Daylesford is approximately one and a half hours drive from Melbourne via either the Western Hwy or Calder Hwy. Via Western Hwy: after taking the Daylesford turn off, follow the road to Daylesford (about a half hour drive) until you come into town. At the first roundabout turn left into Central Springs Rd, Perrins Street is the 4th street on the left. Via the Calder Hwy: take the Daylesford turn off at Woodend and follow the signs to Daylesford (about 40 minutes drive). As you approach Daylesford youll drive past the Farmer''s Arms Hotel on your left. Carry on until you reach a roundabout, turn left into Vincent Street then at the next roundabout turn right into Central Springs Rd, Perrins Street is the 4th street on the left.

Gorgeous boutique style accommodation, very new and modern, exceptional personable service and amazing cooked breakfast in the morning to top it all off! I highly recommend Balconies Daylesford and will certainly return next time I'm in this beautiful part of Victoria agai.

Excellent place with great hospitality from the owners. However, TV is a bit small - otherwise, it is an excellent getaway for two! Breakfast were great - home cooked meal!

Nice location, stayed in new wing still being developed and not well-insulated for sound. The facilities and management trying hard but depend too much on a big luxury bed, nice lounge room and spa and pool. Probably 4 stars is appropriate rating. Was hoping to find a little more atmosphere.

This stay was a gift for my mother who is an aged carer. She found the stay very relaxing & the hospitality shown by the hosts excellent. Breakfast was delicious. There are plenty of places nearby to enjoy dinner.

The Balconies was a fantastic place to stay and ini my opinion the best in Daylesford. We made the booking as a last minute thing but could not be happier how it worked out. Our hosts were sensational and could not have been more helpful. The hotel itself was amazing, overlooking the lake, quiet location and seperate enough from the city square to enjoy our holiday and Daylesford's serenity. Breakfast has to be seen and tasted to be believed as well! Thanks guys, we will be back.

The first thing I noted about this B&B is the wonderfully clean white sheets and doona cover. The hosts are very hospitable and breakfast is to die for..proper brewed English breakfast tea. I would stay here again if in Daylesford.
