"The grounds & gardens were lovely, however the bedrooms were "tired" and in need of an update. Staff lovely but not very efficient, they missed the small things which makes a difference when on holiday ie forgot to replace towels and needed to be chase. Always got them with a smile but did need to ask! Breakfasts dissapointing and could be enhanced by providing a better range including cerals and yogurts. Sounds like I am moaning but I did have a great holiday and loved Bali, well worth a visit. September 08" - karen butler
