Bali Garden Hotel

really enjoyed staying here the staff from the front reception to the gardeners are very helpful and friendly the breakfast ladies are amazing and offer a great child minding service the boardwalk restuarant offers a great service, loved the pools and the bar service will stay here again the location to kuta is perfect a short walk down the beach puts you in the heart of kuta the waterbom park is across the road great for the kids spent 17 nights could have stayed another week

I went with my 17 yr old daughter and we had a twin room for 9 days in the new/renovated section of the hotel.The location is excellent and the facilities were also generally very good-it is just far enough away from the main Kuta Beach area which means you dont get hassled on the beach at front of hotel.3 pools on site-the pool bar is really good and also offers a wide range of meals.There is also a really nice Japanese and Indonesian restaurant at the front of the hotel.The gym is open air with a rower and some dumbells-enough to get a sweat up.There are shopping centres next door and Matahari is only a couple of hundreed metres the other way.Waterbom Park and a Commnowealth Bank ATM are across the road.Overall I was very pleased with Bali Garden-only negative was the smell/look of the building works area down our side of the property that we had to see/smell as we walked along the corridor to get to our room from the lobby

Great location, & loved the choice of 3 pools & direct beach access. Massages in the bales by the adult pool were so convenient too. Really enjoyed my stay - but the only thing I didn't like was a large group of non-guests coming in from the beach & being rowdy at the pool bar (only happened once though). Will stay again.

The location is great but hotel, or at least the hotel room we were in, was a bit run down. Need major refurbish to justify for the price paid for.

The facilities in this hotel are wonderful. Beautiful pools, plenty of places to sit and relax and a lovely location on the beach. The standard rooms are a bit dark but as they are on the ground floor, I guess this is to be expected. Overall, a nice place to stay away from the busy main area of Kuta and Legian.

Great swimming pool, good location, close to beach but the rooms were bad - electrical wiring hanging out and kept blowing fuse. bathroom old , television old, no mini bar -but had old mini bar fridge, no coffee facility in room. Booked double room but got single beds mmmm but great location had a good holiday!!!!

Location of hotel is very good, right in the midst of the bustling Kuta area. Walking distance to lots of shops and eateries and with a convenient mall right next door. Very good beach frontage allowing a great view of the beach and sea. This and very friendly service will ameliorate somewhat the fact that the standard rooms are in need of some reburbishment, what with cracked bath tubs and old chipped doors. However, cleanliness has been maintained.

Rooms are a bit worn och should need upgrading. Breakfast OK. Poolarea very nice with big pools and restaurants close to the beach. If rooms were upgraded I would consider Bali Garden an exellent choise for all kinds of guests

The grounds & gardens were lovely, however the bedrooms were "tired" and in need of an update. Staff lovely but not very efficient, they missed the small things which makes a difference when on holiday ie forgot to replace towels and needed to be chase. Always got them with a smile but did need to ask! Breakfasts dissapointing and could be enhanced by providing a better range including cerals and yogurts. Sounds like I am moaning but I did have a great holiday and loved Bali, well worth a visit. September 08

The Spa pool is a great idea, also the boardwalk is great for watching the world go by. The staff are very good and really make you feel welcome, nothing it seems is to much trouble.

Nice hotel in this budget. Location is also very nice with not so busy road ahead but not too far from Kuta square. Lot of restaurants and pubs nearby

Always fanastic. Second time my family and I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is looking really good, Great SPA & breakfast at restaurant in the morning, excellent spread. The friendly staff makes our stay wonderful. Will be back again. D. Singh Australia

Fantastic location and brilliant value for money. A little tired, and upgraded room for an extra ten dollars/night, as the first room allocated faced the road and was very noisy. Room overlooking garden much better. Would stay again for the price.
