Getting there:Take the exit 46 on the A16 motorway (17 on older maps) follow "calais centre", 500m further on come to traffic lights ( next to a shell garage ) keep going straight on past Ford dealership and Champion supermarket. At the roundabout go right and keep on until the traffic lights (Take the right hand lane) Turn right and then left straight after crossing the bridge. We are 100m further on, on your right..

Was used just as an overnight stop, a little cramped but what can you expect from a budget hotel. It was clean and servicable
A very clean hotel which was excellent value for money easy to find easy out of hours check in and very pleasant staff in the morning , breakfast was also good value for money
We actualy arrived at the wrong Balladin in Calais (there are 2), and they quickly solved the problem by transferring our booking to our new location.It was Xmas Day and we were tired+stressed after driving 1000 Km, needing a quick solution.They provided it.Thanks to the sfatt.
It's difficult to find as you can't get there easily because of a one way system. Once found it is OK

A budget 'motel', handy as a stopover before using the channel tunnel next morning. A cheerful welcome. We booked a triple room with TV and bathroom, and found everything basic but clean and in good order. We didn't use the breakfast facilities due to our early start next day.
Very helpful and friendly lady at service desk. English excellent. Hotel very good value. Room light and clean. (Small point - cigarette burn on counterpane)
Easy to find, clean room, ideal for ferry port or eurotunnel.
Accommodation is fairly basic but good value for money and was ideal for a night stop after leaving the ferry and before embarking on a long drive through France.

Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but were pleased when we did. Room whilst a bit cramped (did had 4 beds in it) was adequate and for the price was excellent value for money. We would go back.

It's a long way from the town centre. You must have a car but it is very good value for your money and I would stay there again.

I got this hotel for less than £30 for a double room. We stayed over for only one night. It was easy to find, the room was clean, the room had a double bed ensuite with shower which was clean and the room was clean. It has crisp linen on the beds. It had 2 bedside tables tv with some english channels so for £30 we could not complain. Pleanty of parking used by a few english people and good links to the main A16/26 road.
As usual, a wonderful service and great comfort from this hotel group.
