The Ballina Colonial Motel offers a quiet location away from the Highway, just south of Ballina Shopping Centres and within easy reach of the Beaches, Richmond River, Shops, RSL and Bowling Clubs and Restaurants.
We are just a 20 minute scenic drive from Byron Bay via Lennox Head.
We offer twelve well appointed Queen Bedded En-suite rooms. All rooms are non-smoking and serviced daily. There is an outdoor pool and BBQ facility and both Dinner and Breakfast can be served to your room.

Getting there:
From Brisbane and the North:-
Follow the Pacific Highway.
Take the slip road to Ballina and at the first traffic-lights, go straight ahead into Bangalow Road, go straight through the next roundabout: we are the first Motel on the left hand side.
From Sydney and the South:-
Follow the Pacific Highway and take the slip road to Ballina.
Follow the main road and once you have passed the Shopping Centres to your right and left (Hungry Jacks to your right), turn right at the traffic-lights into Bangalow Road, go straight through the next roundabout: we are the first Motel on the left hand side.
Check-in Procedure:
Office hours are 7am (8am Weekends & Public Holidays) to 9pm.
Rooms are guaranteed to be available by noon.
Late Arrivals:
If arriving after 9pm, please call us on the day for entry details.
CANCELLATIONS or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 7 days prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Car parking:
Undercover parking is provided in front of your unit.
Additional space within the car park is available for your Boat, Trailer, Coach or Truck.
Child Policy:
Children are charged as Adults. The extra person charge is between $10 and $15 dependant on room.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the pool area.
