Bangkok Hotel Lotus Sukhumvit

This was my second stay at the hotel, and when I came in the reception they remembered me from my last stay. The first stay was the week before, but they even remembered my name. I will deffenitly come back at a later stage.

Very nice hotel, nice personnel, felt we were taken good care of.

Gd location... but rooms abit old.... time for a make-over!!

Good at the rate I got of 1600 baht. Good location for shopping and access to ret of Bangkok. Soi 33 has a lot of night time entertainment, restaurants etc. Rooms a bit dated but taken care of ok. Pool was closed the days I stayed there which spoiled the trip.

Convenient location (near skytrain) and good resturants & bars.

Thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay. It would also appear that I was given an upgraded room as I only booked a standard room and I was given a much bigger room with a separate area with a business desk and internet facilities.

The good: Location is close to the Skytrain (BTS) and Emporium shopping centre, so food is not an issue. The bad: At the price being paid, you'd at least expect breakfast to be provided without any extra charge. In-room internet charges are very expensive by many standards. Carpeting on the floor area where my room was located was very old and worned out.

Globally good quality price. Could maybe thing about some renovation...

The hotel is basic however it suited our purposes with the location. The standard rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment including television. Instead of spending the money on brand new BMW's for airport cars they need to spend it on the rooms. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was quite good.

Nice Hotel in a Gr8 Location . Good Pool and Gym

food was excellent. Only down side was we had a flat tonic in the gin and tonics in the bar, which was swiftly replaced but room service was swift and delicious. Limousine servcie is first class as is check in and out. Well situated for Emporium and a range of good shops and restaurants including a brilliant chocolatiere Hotel Du Preslin I have stayed here before and will do again!

Big spacious rooms and great hospitality... we truly had a great vacation!!!

comfortable place to stay. clean rooms. decor can do with a face lift. but overall worth it's 4 star rating.

Extremly pleased with this hotel! Would definately recommend it and stay here again! Staff are all helpful and the onsite food is excellent!

Nice near the skytrain. Room a little dated but okay. Good restaurant and swimmingpool. Attractive if you pay a lastminute price.

the overall stay was pleasent , but novotel lotus needs to think seriously on renovating the rooms and specially the bathrooms . i had requested for a no smoking room , but was given a smoking room .. all said and done there is something missing as far as the room decor is concerned.

Nice Hotel, nice rooms. Location is a little out of the way in such a big city, but not a major problem. I enjoyed the hotel stay and might choose it again. I've stayed in 5 or 6 different hotels in Bangkok of similar price/value range. This is better than some others...

Great location, good access from new airport. very friendly staff who do their utmost to enusre a comfortable hassle free stay.

The service was of an excellent standard and the staff particularly helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfast was also of the highest standard as was the buffet dinner which included Thai and Indian cuisine. We highly recommend the Novotel Lotus.

The cleanliness of the room has much to be desired, apart from this the stay was great, service good, facilities well presented, the staff made an effort to speak english, the restuarent was good, the breackfast was outstanding, except where they charged for fresh orange juice. I certainley would come back and central location. Be aware of the traffic getting there from the Airport it is a killer, 21/2 hours. Be careful of the private cabs they charge around 400 to 600B. and an extra 60 B for the toll, ask before you enter.
