"Patong beach is full with tourists but in this hotel we were able to enjoy the sun right at the pool without being disturbed by local people trying to sell whatever they had. If we wanted to see the life at patong beach just had to leave the hotel but if we needed a quiet rest just had to return to the hotel. Great place really worthwhile to recommend. "Great location! The beach is just a 5mins' walk from the hotel & there are many shops & restaurants outside. Service of the staff is not particularly impressive. Our beach towels were wet as it rained when we were on the beach & we had hung it out to dry on the balcony. When we went to the reception to ask for a new beach towel the next day, we were told to bring our wet towels down before they can give us a new one! We said the towels were in the room and wet & the counter staff wasn't very willing to give us a new towel. Check-out was slow. Otherwise, a decent hotel to stay in." - Anonymous
