Overall the hotel and value for the money was very good. Entertainment and watersports were part of the inclusive. Service is what needs great improvement and friendliness. The check in was chaotic. They allow everyone to come up to the desk at the same time. Everything seems to be done from the back office. It took me two days to get washclothes, no beach towels for hours. Service is very slow and the personel could be a lot more hospitalble and friendly. I asked for washclothes from one of the maids and she simply said I don't have any. They forget what you ask for or forget you period. You have to make several request. This is true for the food service as well. The food was good except not all the restarants are open like they say on the website. if you can stay in the Junior Suites they are gorgeous. My daughters cell phone was stolen. Management could have careed less. They had the attiduted that it was my fault I did not have it in the vault.
Excellent Complex-nice that you can use facilities of all hotels in the Complex. Food, however, just average.
