"Access to Spa at least to sauna facilities should be free of charge for those staying there. This is common standard in 4-5 star hotels
Massage in Spa was not very good in quality; too soft and 45 1 instead of 60īpaid, done most probably by unexperienced person.
Gym was equipped poorly compared to status of hotel.
English skills and service readiness at front desk vary too much: some were excellent some very poor. We did not get very good service over all. Front desk did not know about services, e.g. golf and restaurants very much.
Hotel gave safe feeling.
Breakfast should be included into room price (can be higher).
Breakfast was excellent in quality.
Golf course was excellent also.

"My wife and i thought this hotel to be excellent,The rooms were lovely, beds huge,showers (both of them) great,All the staff were welcoming and helpfull especially the receptionists,The food was always well prepared and tasty.Even though we never used it the pool looked great.The one thing that would have helped would be sattelite tv as their was'nt much to watch especially in english.Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the barcelo montserrat hotel." - kenneth moran
