"Was a little unhappy..I read somany great reviews on the hotel...and 3 things that I didn't like were 1. No Iron!!! ...this was such a pain...we had to buy one as were not going to pay for the laundry service...but its a 4 star with no Iron..what a joke! 2. Not hot food in room service after midnight...not even french fries...again that has never happened to me before!!! 3. Jacuzzi was not hot...luke warm water!!!...the heated pool was warmer (if was hot water...would have been great) Otherwise was next to a nice shopping mall and close to metro station to get around...location was great. I got the Junior suit ...nothing amazing...should have stayed with regular double room! Mini bar was so basic also ...really poor for a 4 star hotel" - Anonymous
