Baronnet Apartments offers a quiet and relaxed holiday atmosphere with ocean, hinterland and garden views. Located on the beautiful Gold Coast, these apartments are close to the Coast''''s world famous beaches, unspoilt natural reserves and cosmopolitan shops and restaurants. The main feature of the property is its location and the fact that all apartments face the ocean, they have incredible uninterrupted views or the ocean and the hinterland from some apartments. With its central location, Baronnet Apartments is in an ideal location for visitors to the Gold Coast. Maintenance Notice: From April 2012 - JULY 2012 Baronnet Apts will be undergoing building maintenance. This will have some affect to guests staying in the building. The pool will be closed during this period.

The apartment is newly renovated and very nice fittings.A new and very comfortable bed made our stay even better as I have a very bad back and my wife a bad hip.Great location and even better view.So close to things to do even if you have no transport.

Great ocean views, good location close to shops and quiet. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, would stay there again.

The Baronnet was in an excellent location and we had a lovely room which was recently renovated and a big flat screen tv. the pool was quite cold but the spa was nice and warm. the service was average as the staff were not very friendly or helpful, and often ignored us. overall i would recommend it as a nice place to stay with no need for taxis and a well appointed kitchen means you don't need to eat out all the time. There are plenty of places in cavill ave to help you book tours and for friendly advice.
We had a really good time, very private as it is completely self serve.
I couldn't believe that they charged the toilet paper. Apart from that, the place was great and the views were very nice.
Because of the afternoon shade, the water in the pool was quite cold. Would probably need a pool heater.
We stayed at 15th floor, Absolutely stunning ocean view, good city view ...easy after hours check-in.. no fuss. the apartment is spotless clean, the kitchen is provided with all the cooking ware, dishes, glasses, utensils etc so its very convenient. nice sauna & spa. only stone throw away to get to the gold coast beach. Will definitely go back on next visit to gold coast

We were pleasantly suprised when we saw our fantastic ocean views from our 6th floor one B/R apartment which was clean, tidy and had an ensuite with shower (over bath), a small laundry(full sized washer and dryer). The kitchen was good with sufficent utensils, storage containers and full size stove, microwave etc. There was a small dining table and two lounges (one was sofa bed). TV had Foxtel. Underground secure car parking was included in the price. Our only complaint concerned the bed needs replacing. We had basic supplied, such as tea, coffee, milk sachets and sugar for our arrival and the next day, one sachet each of washing powder and detergent and one roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, a hand towel and a tea towel. There are about 60 apartments and about half of them are owner/occupied with. Onsite managment is there for holiday lets and contact after hours wasn't problematic. Cavill Ave is 10 min walk. We were only one street back from the ocean which noisy.
We stayed on the 2nd floor and the apartment was excellent. Very modern and overlooked the swimming pool. Complete with 37 inch flat screen TV it was great value for the money.
A reasonably priced, ideally situated, modern and extremely well maintained apartment. Very clean with all one could need for an enjoyable holiday. I would stay there again and recommend it to any holiday makers

A great place to stay just far enough away from the Cavill Avenue for peace & quiet but close enough to walk to all locations Easy access to Bus Stop and really close to the beach Will stay there again for sure
We really enjoyed our stay at the Baronnet, On arrival the owner was compaining about staff issues to another staff member, we don't need to hear this on arrival and don't want to, it is a fantastic location, and the appartments are all that we needed, I was very impressed they read my room request on the memo when booking and supplied all my need's that was awesome. Happy to recommend.
room is big and great uninterupt ocean view.. just one block off to the beach.. a few blocks to carvall mall and the main beach.
