"The hotel was great value for money if you just want somewhere to sleep. It was clean, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was great. The room was very hot as there was no thermostat control on the radiator. If you slept with the window open it was very noisy. The club was a bit of a shock to say the least! but otherwise a great location, five minutes from O'Connell Street. " - Karen Wheatland
"At an amazing price, Barry's gave us exactly what we were after. The Bar was also a bonus with one of the cheapest pints in dublin. We found all the staff very friendly and also were fuelled for the day with a hearty breakfast monch, which included all the favourites. The seemingly impossible to lose roulette machine provided hours of fun!! Located in the heart of dublin, we were only a two minute walk away from bars, clubs, restaurants. Definately would stay in Barry's again. Highly recommended!!!" - Anonymous
"This hotel would be much better after applying some minor changes in the facilities. (Eg. more careful painting, changing some bedspreads, bordering the courtains)
Some variety in the breakfast also would be wonderful.
It is wonderful to have cofee/tea facilities in the room! Thanks for this." - Anonymous
"Only problem we had was climbing the stairs to the top floor, very difficult especially on check in and out when you have bags to carry. Would stay there again but only if we could have a 1st floor room at the back, found the road at the front very noisy until the early hours of the morning." - William Winstanley
