Getting there:65 minutes drive south of Melbourne and 10 minutes from Geelong along the Barwon Heads Road. 3km before Barwon Heads turn right into 13th Beach Golf Links. Only 10 minutes from Geelong and literally another world.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in between 2pm-5pm weekdays. Please contact the hotel directly if checking in outside of these hours due to security gate access and key safe procedures. The units are lovely to look at comfortable but 1.5klm walk to bech crossing golf course and sand dunes. NO aircondition in main bedroom or any bedroom only in kitchen dinning. Walls are so thin that all noises can be heard from upstairs. Did not enjoy my experience

Well appointed top quality accommodation amongst the brilliant 36 hole golf course. All golfers should take up the challenge of playing the Beach Course off the back tees, particuarly when the wind is blowing 30 plus knots.
Very good 2 bedroom condo aaccomodation mainly because the unit and fittings are new, clean and neutral decor. We got a fantastic [your website] last minute price. However, nothing much to do around there if you do not play golf. No swimming pool.
Our host was very helpful all weekend. We real felt like the most important guests in the hotel. I can also highly recommend both golf courses.

Beautiful, spacious new condo's. furniture and facilities were kept clean and the interior was very warm, "homey" and inviting. the personal garage was a nice addition to have.
