Baumanburi Resort & Spa Phuket

" I have been there befor for one session.It is one of the best hotel that I stayed there until now .the atmosphier very nice and quiet . the staf very friendly .nice locatin near of beach and about 5 minute to night life and shopping center.and the best of the facilities are hotel"s pool insides views to this pools side. this hotel is nice for families and junior both. "My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Baumanburi very much, it is in a good location only a 5 minute walk to the beach in one direction and a 5 minute walk to the Jungceylon shopping centre in the other direction. It is relativly quiet, although they were doing some building on a hotel across the street whilst we were there. The pool is great with a couple of spa areas to relax those tired muscles. The staff were quite good although some were more helpful than others. The prices at the restaurant were quite reasonable compared to some of the resorts we have stayed at in Patong. The rooms were quite good (we stayed in 2 different types), they have plenty of room with nice furnishings as well. Overall it was a very enjoyable and we would definatly stay there again." - James Grant

"A nice hotel with an large, interesting shallow pool which snakes around the central courtyard of the hotel. This means a lot of the time it's in the shade so not necessarily good for sunbathing. There is an area next to the rooms which have their own access to the pool good for swimming lengths. The rooms themselves are a reasonable size and well furnished although the bathroom with walk-in showers is quite small and with a curious step down and then step up in the floor." - Anonymous

"hotel staff are not accomodating to guest.they even wake you up middle of the night to pay for the hotel bill, where in fact you have not check out yet. it seems that the staff are only after their convinience but not to their guest.communication among staff are very poor that even you have paid the bill middle of the night as demanded by the staff they still charge you on check out date.this is the only hotel i've ever experience that they ask for full hotel payment on check in day,compare to my previous travel experiences that hotel full payment will be charge on check out date so long as you have made a deposit. in summary their hotel services and staff are unfortunately unsatisfactory." - ZENY CLAVERIA
