Car parking:All hotel guests enjoy free security carparking. 1 carspace is given to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 carspaces are given to 3 bedroom apartments.

A very nice place to stay. We have been to a few resorts around Australia, and this is absolutely the best! The kids loved the swimmingpool and hot spa. They also have a sauna. Very close to the beach. A few minutes walk to bars/restaurants/shops.
The apartment was massive, very clean, very modern will definetly stay there again. Would recommend to anyone to stay at the Bay Apartments

Superior Apartments are situated on the corners of our building. They are huge in size and offer a second living area, separate powder room, larger balconies or courtyards and enjoy light from the many additional windows. My partner and I stayed at the Bay for a weekend in July- it was lovely. I would definately recommend the deluxe apartments, which has it's very own spa on the balcony! The rooms are quite spacious and very well equipped.
Great stay and great service with a superior location and the rooms are awesome and such a spacious living area will definatley stay again.
We were very disappointed to find that our room was not ready at the check-in time of 2pm (we arrived at nearly 2.30pm). We were told they would need at least 30 mins to clean the room and that they would phone us when it was ready. We came back an hour later without having received a phone call to find the room was ready and probably had been for a while. Reception was very friendly and it was apparently been a busy weekend but we were disappointed to not have our room available when we wanted it.
Great apartments but watch out for extras. Such as A$20 for an 11am (rather than 10am) checkout, and extra charges for the hot tub (even if its on your balcony) or pool towels.
All round excellent with beautiful finishes.
The Bay Apartments would have to be the nicest apartments that I have stayed at in Hervey Bay. Even on the 1st floor you have beautiful views. The cleanest and the nicest. Decor is lovely
