I am very happy to offer this review of the Bay of Palms Resort. I arrived as a stranger from Melbourne, and Mercedes, one half of the management team, did everything in her power to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Several of the other guests welcomed me, to the extent that staying there I felt part of an extended family. The room was spotless, the surroundings were beautiful and serene, the rates were a bargain -- in fact I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about my stay, because everything but everything was superb! I can honestly say that I enjoyed every minute of my time there, and I would eagerly look forward to staying there again.
