Bay Of Palms Resort Gold Coast

We really enjoy our stay in that studio , best quality for that price , quiet clean large room all nicely furnished, swimming pool and hot spa and all that just 2 mn walk from a big shopping center. Little far from gold coast center but with a car it's ok , sure we will stay there again next time with those friendly people .

A great place to stay. You pretty much checkin and they leave you alone... There's no servicing of your room or anything so you have to do all the cleaning yourself. They only give you one bin liner and one dishwashing liquid sachet etc, so you have to buy more or make do. Toilet paper is 50c per roll (after you use the limited amount they give you). This would be fine for a 1-2 day stay, however on a 5day+ stay it gets annoying. However for the price, it's not too bad. Overall this place was quite good with great facilities like a bar Internet access ($2 for 20mins), the pool was quite good too. I would reccommend Bay of Palms for your next stay.

Nice accommodation with excellent facilities. It is very near to Pines Shopping Centre (Including Supermarkets - Woolworth, Coles and K-Mart). Easy access to walking and jogging trick. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located next to a shopping centre. Very peaceful with nice views from the hotel. Cleaniness needs some improvement e.g. certain rooms had a distinct smell.

Lovely place, beautiful location, shame that people sit outside your door smoking, when your a non smoker this sucks. This is sanctioned because ash trays are provided on the outdoor furniture. If your a smoker youll love it. If your a non smoker, bypass this place because smokers are outside many doors making you shut yourself in to avoid the cigarettes instead of enjoying the breeze.

Lovely location by the lake. Our room had a good outlook and was quiet. Pool, hot tub, & barbecue areas very nice. Unit had been redecorated & was very comfortable & attractive. Only complaint was that there was no dishwasher.

We had a brilliant stay here if only for two nights, it was quiet, secure, close to shops for ease with meals. A very spacious well appointed unit for a very reasonable cost, we didn't make use of it but it was a brilliant idea, late check out giving you almost another day. We would stay here again.

spacious room, next to shopping centre, swimming pool and spa in the courtyard... I'd say I am satisfied with what I got for the price I paid. only thing I was a bit concerned is the insects. saw a couple in bed, and got bitten on my arms. but it is QLD, full of wildlife, so I guess it is somehow unavoidable. overall, i'm happy with my choice.

For a family group and plan to rent a car, I would like recommend to stay in this resort. Despite of miles from downtown Surfers Paradise, the room is so spacious for a family group of 5-6, quite but convenient. The resort is a walking distance to a big supermarket. The resort is also near to the airport and highway, so you can drive easily to Dream World or Movie World.

We enjoyed our stay at Bay of Palms. It was quiet, relaxed and peaceful.

Great place to stay if you are on a budget management are very friendly pool facilities were great and clean the room i had was a bit shabby but great for what i paid

The room near the lake is really dirty with a lot of insert inside even in the fridge. But the view outside the room is pretty good. We like the service of changing another clean room as soon as possible.

had stayed 2 nights at the Bay of Palms resort Gold Coast, it's a great resort although it's pretty small but very quiet and comfortable, price is also attractive, as same as the guesthouse i stayed in surfers paradise. would recommend to those who like a quiet place to stay at a very reasonable price.

I completely loved my stay at Bay of Palms. It was delightful! The resort is on a little lake and my studio faced west, towards a glorious country view with a small beach by the building and hills in the distance. Nearby is a mall for all one's shopping needs, and efficient bus-lines making major stops there... and the rooms came with toasters and plates and cups as well as the usual microwave! The owners were wonderful people and very helpful. The rooms were sweet and equipped with all I needed. I absolutely did not want to leave! I hope to someday return to the Bay of Palms.
