Bayview Eden Melbourne

The 2 nights stay was very enjoyable.

This hotel has improved since my last stay - the reception staff were extremely helpful and nothing was an issue. Good interconnecting rooms (we booked two) and parking under the building was easy. It's a little out of the City, but, on all other counts, it is a very good, well priced option with excellent rooms and facilities.

It is excellent to stay Bayview Eden Melbourne, if you are tired of being at downtown business in Melboune, even you are not so far away from the City.

This hotel accommodation is excellent value for money for us. We periodically travel to Melbourne and always find friendly, helpful staff. The easy access when driving from Tullamarine, together with being one block from St.Kilda Rd. trams is great. Although not new and consequently showing some wear, we always feel comfortable during our stays here. We even plan our trips to arrive in time for 'happy hour.'

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Gave us some great advice and aid with the public transport system and dining. Location was great so close to city and transport. Rooms and outlook relaxing.

great position easily accessible from the city with very regular trams to and from the city day and night. would recommend the hotel highly. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Prompt pleasant check-in, comfortable bed & pillows, close to tram stop and lovely little extras like chocolates on bed turned down, couple of biscuits with tea/coffee, bathroom extras like shaver. This was very much appreciated and made our stay all the more pleasant.

close to albert park but need a taxi to carosel Graet stay

This was my second stay in this hotel and I enjoyed it again. Great location, very friendly and professional staff. Free parking. It's a pity that Free WiFi is only available in the reception area. Bit costly if you want to use the room connection. around $25 per day. Still, highly recommended.

Excellent facilities and good service but a little out of the way.

As my daughters and I spent time in Melbourne, we were pleased that we were only minutes from the heart of the city with only a short stroll to the tram. A lovely stay and a great time, we will do it again for sure.

I was delighted with an upgrade, location very close to trams, CBD and St Kilda, Lovely views of Albert Park, our room was spacious fold out bed not too comfortable. The price was right, staff helpful and courteous.

Really good location, good parking and room with a gret view.

Generally good. Room view over Albert Park nice. Internet fast and working. Breakfast fine. Staff friendly. Only downside "down" button for elevators on 4th floor not working so some anxious moments when elevators arrive. Was not repaired during my stay period. However will stay again.

Free parking, ideal location close to St Kilda Rd for tram. Check in and out was efficient and courteous. Did not eat at hotel but room service seemed extensive and average room service price.

We had a wonderful stay and would definately stay again.
