We have always stayed at the "resort" next door to this one. Never again. This place is brilliant. The location is fantastic, the staff extrememly helpful and friendly and for the price, you really cant go wrong. We saw a number of families around the place and they were all loving it too. Thank you Bayview Geographe for making our last minute "mini break" a fabulous one. We will be back.
Great accommodation for the price. Cant fault a thing. Will stay there again.

Reception only too happy to assist. Venue ideal with amenities at the resort as advertised. High standard.
We can highly recommand that resort. We got upgrated and had breakfast for a very good price. Diner in the restaurant was good, every night one meal on special and seniors discount. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much
We have been to Bayview several times and have always enjoyed being there. We live in Perth/Australia and so it is one of our local destinations. We have stayed in others around that area and have always come back to this one. The grounds are very good and the staff pleasant. Unlike other resorts, you don't feel crowded in and it is very free and easy and peaceful. The beach is only a very very short walk and beautiful. You need to take an umbrella if possible. If not, I have just e-mailed Bayview to ask about hiring of umbrella's, they do not have this facility at present, but have said they will take in on board, now that it has been mentioned. So hopefully this will be the case. They have a restaurant and there are also several around in walking distance. You can go into Busselton, just a short drive and there are plenty there, also a must is to walk on the Busselton Pier. Have a good holiday
lovely surrounds, the beach is right there, quiet, small inexpensive restaurant. about 5km south of town
An old resort that has a lot going for it. Right next to the ocean, good gardens and close parking. Alas, our room was not cleaned. Please could all resorts, hotels motels and such install queen size beds.
Was an excellent place to stay at especially being a few steps away from a nice beach. The room itself was pretty average but it was clean and tidy. Would have been good if there was a safe in the room. The facilities such as the pool and the tennis court were very good. The equipment hire was also very cheap. There are many things there to keep you and your family entertained if planning to stay for a week or so.
This resort is well placed, and has beautiful gardens and tennis courts,Male staff member on check in delightful Orderd a paper but did not come,if not sure if x marked the spot then check bill or with customer, or if in doubt deliver anyway can only win you brownie points. no hairdryer. Dunstbins right outside bedroom window. But as only there one night overlooked this, but I would definately have asked for them to be removed if staying longer. would book again,as room very clean.
Great place for two or the family.
Perfect price in the perfect location if you are not expecting a lot and staying only for 1-2 nights. Outdated motel-style rooms with old carpets, TV, bed & bathroom facilities, the actual complex is wickedly built on the large estate with funny car access to the buildings & rooms which are very small. Complex has a restaurant, 2 swimming pools - heated & outside - and access to the beach is via 0.5 min walk.. Reception stuff was very helpful. Internet access is from the reception area only - WiFi wouldn't work in the room. Again - perfect for $75 and staying for 1 night only...
Enjoyed our brief stay. Great location and room for 2 was just right. Facilities were good for price but a little disappointed in room having old TV with VHS and not later DVD capability. Would stay again certainly. And must complement lovely lady in restaurant for breakfast, she helpful and pleasant.
If you are just looking for basic accommodation, this was suitable for us. Great weather and not far from Busselton center. Nice weekend and great price.
Very good value for money. We could not have picked a better location and the room was very well equipped. We would have liked the Reception to have stayed open later as it closed rather early. The Spinnaker restaurant served excellent breakfast but we were unimpressed with the evening meal and would not recommend it. All in all, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend the hotel for anyone on a budget.
we had a great time here, the only down side, I felt the indoor pool could do with a good clean, i did commet on this to the hotel staff.
This is the second time I have booked this resort and I will use it again.
Positives - free sport equipment to play volleyball, basketball, tennis, squash and mini golf. The indoor pool was nice, the food was at a high standard at the restaurant and the overall look of the place is appealing. Cons - the spa was not evident (it is two blow holes on one side of the indoor pool), the mini golf was unmotivating - not maintained, the double bed was springy and sagged slightly in the middle - caused me back pain. Busselton beaches have become overiden with thick seaweed - not appealing anymore
We will definitely be back and will be recommending it to family and friends
We found the resort to be the best accommodation we have ever had in comparison to other places that we have stayed. The location was enjoyable that there was no 'hotel noise' during sleeping hours and the birds would wake us up. The chalet gave us privacy in that although the resort was not booked out, all the occupants were spread out. Foxtel and and indoor heated pool is our priority and the pool was always warm. Being able to walk straight to the beach and not having to cross a road was enjoyable.
Have stayed here several times and will be back again for sure.
