"One serious complaint - we arrived late on Friday evening and were disturbed by someone opening our door fully and then closing it at 5.00 am Saturday morning. Obviously it was staff (who else would have access ?????) there was no apology then, and on reporting it to the Manager, there seemed both a lack of concern & a disinterest in follow up... & the offer of a return stay.
