Bayview Park Hotel Manila

I was lucky to get our room upgraded for free. The room is with WiFi and with minimal charge for a day use. The location is ideal for people who have business or trip within Manila. It is very accessible and could find a lot of restaurants in the area. Buffet breakfast is included however I could only rate at 7 out of 10. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. I will surely come back to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel definitely we'll come back. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We felt so welcomed. They knew how to render an excellent and world class customer service. I will recommend this hotel to my friends too.

I'm a returning visitor of this hotel, and just like in the past, the facility is well maintained and customer's service is very good. Only problem was, on the 11th floor, there was no hot water at 0600 in the morning. Other than that, the whole experience was excellent and would recommend this hotel to friends. I will definitely go back and stay at this hotel in the future.

The Hotel itself is need of upgrades and repairs however, the suite (s) I had were much more that I expected. I specifically requested a suite with a view of Manila Bay and when I arrived I received a suite on the 8th floor with a very nice view. Well after the first day there was bad weather did some damage to the building and of course involved my room. I was given another suite but on the 6th floor. I was hardly able to see any of the gorgeous view due to the trees and the building across the street. The staff was courteous and did offer me a hotel for my inconvience... I would stay there again on my next visit.....

Overall a very simple experience. I guess it does the trick, but don't expect any bells and whistles when staying here.

Nice hotel

your front desk staff hardly smiles. the way they spoke to me was never that friendly. should smile more often and maintain that accommodating tone of voice. my second day breakfast, i was still eating at that time and there were still guests taking their breakfast, one of your staff was sweeping the floor, terrible practice for a hotel. should avoid that when guests are still in the dining area. housekeeping staff are very courteous and friendly.

The room was a good size and very clean.Towels and linen changed every day.Room service was excellent.The staff very friendly and obliging.The only downside for me was I like a bar and Restaurant ,But the hotel only has a cafeteria style eating place on the ground floor.On the top floor has a very small pool and outside area to relax,and thats all the facilities.Was glad of the strarbucks next door.But for price and location was very good.Would stay again

the superior room that they provided to us is very small, the flooring are not carpeted they were tiled, the two bed are good for 1person only since were traveling with 2 children i ask for an upgrade for the bed, i dont have any other choice but to pay for additional charge...

Bayview is a short (15-20 minute) trip from the airport in an interesting part of Manila. Have stayed in Bayview 3 times and each time have been impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. Rooms are adequately furnished for short stays with good efficient, unobtrusive Housekeeping and Room Service. Buffet breakfasts are good, occasionally there is a queue but the friendly atmosphere generated by the staff ease the waiting. I would like to have found some comfortable seating in the foyer area. To paraphrase McCarthur (the US Embassy is just across the road) "I will be happy to return".

My only comment for BAYVIEW hOTEL is its interior finishing of the wooden materials. It's very bad and ugly. The color finishing is not elegant. It needs refinishing.

This hotel was on par for the money,it had a great breakfast buffet with lots of European and Asian choices.

This hotel would have been quite grand back in the 1980's, but looks a bit tired now. If you expect fairly basic facilities (e.g. cold water showers), you won't be disappointed, and the rooms are very spacious, and do have minibars (though I would suggest re-stocking from the numerous stores in the area, as minibar prices are high!). The location opposite the American Embassy on Roxas Boulevard is good. The traffic is heavy all night, but the noise is not disturbing. You can also walk quite easily to Roxas Park and other areas. Breakfast is included and typically Filipino. There are free safety deposit boxes.

Not a bad hotel. Requires some updating.
