"Ok hotel. But make absolutely certain you contact them in case of late arrival because you need a key code to get into the room. We arrived too late on our 2nd stay and couldn't get a key code off them. The phone number which was provided on our reservation confirmation could not be dialled from my mobile because it's a premium number and simply putting "+33" in front of it (as quoted on the confirmation) didn't do the trick because those numbers can't be dialled from roaming mobile users. We rang the number from a pay phone which worked but only got a message which advised us that the reservation desk was closed. The automatic room booking computer outside the hotel didn't recognise my credit card as identification and we were thus unable to get the required key code to get into the room we had booked but had to book another one right there and then. Rooms are ok. We had one with stairs leading to the upstairs beds. But beware - these stairs are steep and dangerous for kids." - Anonymous
