"I thought that for a 2* hotel, the stay was very good. Although the building could do with some modernisation and redecoration, the room that we had was large, with views over the beach and sea. It had a great ceiling to floor bay window and a recently renovated ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast had a good range of options. "Hotel was desperately in need of re-furbishment/redecoration in communal areas such as stairwell, and the carpet in the breakfast room was threadbare. Parking was only available in expensive NCP Car Park (£12.50 overnight), although more expensive on street meters (£6.00 for 2 hrs. However, hotel in good seafront location, and the room was spotlessly clean. There was TV but no satellite/cable TV or radio reception. Incl.Breakfast was satisfactory." - Anonymous

The Beach Hotel is superbly situated on Brighton seafront overlooking The West Pier and English Channel. The Brighton Conference Centre and major tourist attractions including Brighton Pier, the main shopping center, Churchill Square, the world famous Lanes, the Theatre Royal, and the Royal Pavilion once holiday home to The Prince Regent just a few minutes walk away.

| Getting there: |
From the M25 motorway: Exit at Junction 7 onto the M23 south. Continue on the M23 onto the A23. Follow signs to Brighton and on reaching the town, follow signs for the seafront. Turn right into the Kings Road/A259 (seafront road) and you'll find Regency Square and the Beach Hotel situated directly opposite the grand West Pier.
From the South West/Exeter: Follow the A30 to Honington and join the A35 passing Dorchester turning onto the A31. Take the A31 onto the M27 continuing onto the A27 all the way to Brighton. Follow signs for Brighton seafront, turn on Kings Road/A259 (seafront road) and you'll find Regency Square and The Beach Hotel directly opposite the grand West Pier.
