Getting there:Beach House is easily accessible via the Gold Coast and Pacific Highways by following the signs to Coolangatta. The resort is also located approximately 5 minutes drive south of Coolangatta Aiport and 1 to 1.5 hours drive south of Brisbane International and Domestic Airports. Car hire, limosines, taxis and coaches are available from all Airports and and aiport pick up from Coolangatta can be arranged direct with Reception staff at the resort.
Check-in Procedure:A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required upon check in. Please present confirmation letter, email or photo ID to Reception upon check in. Should guests be arriving after Reception hours (after 9:00pm) please contact the resort direct on 07 5590 2111
Car parking:Secure underground carparking (free of charge). One car space per apartment only.
Child Policy:Cots and highchairs available for guests for a minimum charge. Please notify the resort prior to arrival of your requirements. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The laundry in the room we stayed in was very rusted out. Whilst the washing machine and dryer were new, the cupboard under the laundry tub and the surrounds were very rusted and looked ugly. The rest of the apartment was fine.

Excellent value for money, beautiful landscaped gardens, thought we were back in Bali in a 5 star resort! Would highly recommend this resort for families and couples, so much to do, you will never be bored.
Beach House Seaside Resort, Gold Coast is a very good place to stay. I had a very good time over there. Its just opposite to beach and plenty of shops underneath. Best place with very reasonable prices.
Reception Staff were excellent, professional and helpful both on arrival and departure.
Within easy walking distance of the Twin Towns RSL which have good live entertainment and across the road from the beach. Good place to enjoy the beach without the hassles of a lot of tourists and young teens to mid 20s hanging around being idiots.

A well located apartment hotel with great ocean views, close to a number of reasonably priced restaurants, generously sized rooms, and very good value at this time of the year.
I stayed here with 4 children and can but say the facilities were excellent and the activites that were organised to make a family holiday that much more pleasant and stress free were brilliant.
We were greeted by courteous staff, who allowed us to arrive earlier and depart later. The view was magnificent, the facilities were enjoyed by all the family and a pleasant stay was had by all. thanks
