Beachcomber Resort Surfers Paradise

We stayed at that hotel for 3 nights only. The room on level 5 surprised its lovely views, being super spacious and amazing location! The room had everything you may possibly need to stay for long term and even cook your meals without leaving the hotel room. We also had the breakfast included which only was eggs, bacon and toast but for extra few dollars you get a nice breakfast other places charge over $10. Staff was pretty friendly also. very great experience overall.

We payed extra to have ocean view room but we did not get a ocean view room until the next night. This is bad communication by you people or the resort, I was not happy.

this hotel is very close to cavill ave and shops our room was ok the furniture was very stained the sliding door to the balcony was broken which made it very difficult to open and the light in the bathroom was difficult to turn on. the bed was firm which i like. the reception closed about 5.30 but if you needed to talk to someone there was an intercom at the front door.

The front office staff were not at all helpful. However, value for money it could not be faulted. The included breakfast was a good addition. I would stay there again.

great location tho we chose the beachcomber as we thought i was a good price with breakfast however the breakfast was shocking !!

Very convenience!

House keeping was poor,dirty shower,ripped drapes,micro wave not cleaned out. But front staff very nice and helpful,location excellent.

comfortable when stay in this hotel....hope next time I go to queensland will stay in this hotel but with more special price...cheers

excellent location, magnificent views, fully self contained appartments, TV and Aircon a bit old and hard to use otherwise very good.

Had a great time, we hardly spent much time in the room to be honest but it had everything we needed and more. Fabulous position, safe car-park and a fast elevator, (I hate those slow ones!!) Will be back next year.

I am looking forward to the next chance I get to repeat my stay at the Breakfree Beachcomber. Location, Location. Wow! great Location central to everything you would like to do in Paradise.

Position perfect for central gold coast/beach and for our needs. The hotel is looking and feeling very tired, the lift/foyer area leaves a lot to be desired. Room cleanliness can be between bad to average - the last time we stayed (May 08) was the cleanest one we have had to date. Getting rid of 'schoolies' would go half way to tiding the place up. If paying full price there is no way we would stay at this hotel, which is unfortunate considering location location - I am sure I am not alone here.

Staff very friendly ,location excellent,I asked for an ocean view room and received,thank you. Pity the heated pool was out of action but that did not worry us too much,will definitely stay again ,have stayed twice before this trip. have also stayed at other resortsmotels but will always come back to Beachcomber. Loved the idea of Gourmet Room Service menus from outside brilliant idea. Minor problem with fridge not working to capacity(not cold enough)

a great hotel in the heart of surfers,breakfast was excellent although a microwave in the dining area would be handy just to heat the food a little. staff and facilities were very good. plenty of parking for hire car.shopping just across the road with supermarket, bottle shop and plenty of other shops. great having the surf club down the corner for great meals and a casual drink.stayed here several times and will go back.

Basically a nice little unit - nice clean kitchen and bathroom. Furnishings though very grubby (curtains, sofas, bedspread). Also didn't look as if it had been vacuumed and there were recent stains on the carpet. Good comfy zip twin/king bed.

Upon arrival room was unclean (rubbish strewn over floor), airconditioning unit was missing its remote, balcony door did not lock and 1 x front door key did not work. Staff were very freindly and helpful, but this was not a great start to our hospital.

Again with the location, Outstanding location at reasonable last minute prices less than 2 minutes from the main beach of surfers paradise and accross the road from the main shopping mall of surfers what more can you ask for as far as being handy to everything.

This hotel is in the heart of Surfers Paradise.Our room had excellent ocean views.Very neat and clean.Buffet breakfast excellent.Very friendly staff.
