Formally the Southland Hotel, recent developments and a name change have transformed the hotel. We now have a wide range of accommodation in two distinct wings to suit your needs.
Our new (2007), luxury Ocean View Wing is just steps from the beach. The wing was designed so every room has a dramatic view of the ocean and the sunset can be enjoyed from your courtyard or balcony. This is suitable for those who want a little luxury with a dramatic beach view.
Our Driftwood Wing offers basic, but comfortable accommodation on a main street of town. This makes for ready access to Hokitika's vibrant arts and crafts shopping centre. This is suitable for those who want a lower priced room but still want easy access to town and the beach. Please note these rooms do not have an ocean view.
On site restaurant overlooks the ocean and open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cafe, bar, bottlestore, event facilities, mini-gym. |
