Very nice, rather small, friendly hotel. Perfect for me because I like to take the bus or walk, and I really do not like to stay in the noisy center of Brussels (being a woman travelling alone a lot).
Very well located, close to the metro, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is a bit old but still clean. The rooms at the first floor are in fact at the ground floor from one side of the road and you can see people passing by your windows. The isolation of the rooms isn't very good, so you might be waken up early by the people walking on the corridor.

Staff are polite and courteous. The Hotel is very convenient for locations in the Avenue Louise district.
Room size is quite good but everything in the hotel looks old. The location is not the best, can be noisy as well. But at this price, this is acceptable.
It vas a small hotel with only few guests. But the services were in top and the staff gave us all the help we needed, amiddle good hotel
Nice and clean, welcoming and helpful staff, fair breakfast, 7 minutes walk from the nearest Tramway station (uphill!!!) ... Bad side: Awful sound of water flushing from upper rooms toilets: couldn't sleep!!!
Staff are very gentle and friendly. I appreciated the treatment I got from them. Rooms are comfortable. The wire-less signal seemed to be a bit weak.
Bit shabby, perhaps, and first hotel room I've been in that was so small there was no space for a bedside table. But free wireless internet worked for the whole time, and reception lady was friendly and helpful.

Small clean comfortable single room with ensuite shower room. Hotel offered WiFi broadband - provided a password on arrival without my asking, and the charming receptionist helped me to get connected. Short on electric power points. Traffic Noise during night. Nice breakfast room and breakfast. Smiley staff. Enjoyable stay. Will use again.
the facilities were on par with other three-star hotels that I have stayed in, but the service was far above. I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind an older room.
