"Hotel is looking a little tired but is reasonably priced and handy for the City. There was no information pack in the room so we found out too late that breakfast closed at 9am. Breakfast at Ricketts Point Tea Rooms just five minutes away by car is exceptional." - Ray Woodcock

We are located in a southeastern suburb/ 25km from city centre. Bodley Street is just off Beach Road.
We have two train stations nearby, the Sandringham and Cheltenham Stations and buses from there stop at our motel. We also have buses close to our motel that run seven days a week, that go to stations, many other suburbs, shopping centres etc., also very easy to get taxi's.
