Getting there:Only a stone's throw away from the Hotel Bécquer are such well-known sights as the Cathedral and its Giralda bell tower, the Reales Alcázares palace and gardens, the Santa Cruz quarter and the Maestranza bullring. The river Guadalquivir is ever-present on any trip to the district of Triana, an area which distils the very essence of Seville. Further upstream, the river will lead us to the futuristic and innovate Isla de la Cartuja business and technology park. Sevilla has much more than its rich heritage to offer its visitors. Near to the Hotel Bécquer is the Isla Mágica theme park, the ideal place to enjoy a fun day out and only a few kilometers away is Itálica, an archaeological site whose remains evoke the glory of ancient Rome.

The hotel is in convince location. Clean room and very comfort at details. The hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. We were happy stay and would like recommend this hotel to our friends.
My daughter, who is an exchange student studying in Sevilla, recommended this hotel. It was exactly as she described, small but comfortable rooms, extremely clean, helpful acommodating staff, a GREAT location, and tremendous value for the money. I would no doubt stay there again when headed back to Sevilla.
Great Hotel. Close to restaurants and bars. We appreciated the upgraded to a suite amazing room. Great breakfast, helpful staff a great stay. Highly recomend. Two days was not long enough to see and appreciate this lovely city.
Great Location within easy walk of shops, cathedral and tourist attractions. Hotel is clean, well-kept and staff were friendly. We didn't try the breakfast or spa but the roof-top pool is nicely setup for a cool-down from the heat of a Seville summer day. Our only small gripe is having to go to reception to request and pay a security deposit for towels to use at the pool.
Enjoyed our stay here, everything in the hotel worked, ie air conditioner ,fridge etc the pool was a nice relief from the. Heat of seville.

A quality hotel, busy, but good service, with excellent breakfast buffet for all tastes. Good location 10 to 15 mins walk from Alcazar. Very helpful staff. Our room was not big, but big enough - comfortable with all usual amenities. Good value - would go back.
This is a very nice 4 star hotel in an excellent location within easy strolling distance of all the Old City sights. The room we had was small but immaculate. It was spotlessly clean and had new modern fittings. The advantage of a rooftop pool to cool off after the heat of Seville is not to be discounted. The hotel charge a daily rate of 14 for parking wich should be in the litriture but for 24 hour secure parking is not excessive. I would have no hesitation in rccomending this hotel or staying there again.

Really good hotel, very nice rooms. The rooftop swimming pool was most welcome during the heat of the summer. Only a ten minute walk to the centre of the city. Short taxi ride to the Olympic stadium.
A very conveniently centrally located hotel whivh more than lived up to expectations. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the general decor was excellent. The deal we obtained through [website] was very good value indeed as the minimum rack rate for our room was 240 euro per night plus breakfast - as good as the hotel was we would not have wanted to pay that price. Would recommend that instead of eating breakfast in the hotel - very expensive - guests take advantage of the cafe/bar which belongs to and is attached to the hotel - La Leyenda. Our only criticisms are that hotel guests had to pay for use of the Spa - roof top pool was free - and that as many guests used La Leyenda both for breakfast and drinks during the day/evening the hotel was rather lacking in atmosphere. However, overall would recommend Becquer Hotel and if in Sevilla again would be happy to stay there.
The food at breakfast was not the best we have had although the choice was good It just wasn`t very tasty and the scrambled eggs were really watery.
We had a very nice stay. The hotel staff was very gracious and made the stay enjoyable. Stayed in two separate rooms...first was smaller but nice, the second was much larger (new part of hotel) and very spacious. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants and tourist destinations. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others for consideration.
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is excellent as you cab travel from here very easily on foot or via the metro line. The breakfast was excellent as was the service. If you wish to spend time in your room reading then perhaps you need to look elsewhere. we used the well lit lounge for the little reading we had time for.
Basic hotel room but very noisy. We asked for a non-smoking room, however woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke. The beds were old and uncomfortable.
Good location. Staff very helpful in giving direction around Seville. Pool area small but good after a day sightseeing. Would be good if they served drinks and food at pool as cafe is on the street.
