Also situated close to Waterworld, Waikato Stadium, Te Rapa Racecourse and the V8 racetrack. All of our rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with air-conditioning, 42 inch Plasma television with SKY decoders in every room with over 50 digital channels to choose from, kitchen with 2 hobs a microwave and fridge, free wi fi or unlimited broadband internet, tinted windows, ensuite bathrooms equipped with hair dryer and comfortable furnishings. All rooms are located away from the main road frontage with some overlooking a park at the rear of the property. Also available is a complimentary guest laundry with a washer and dryer. Getting there:
Beetham Park Motel is at 297 Ulster Street Hamilton on the main road into Hamilton from Auckland. We are close to Brian Boy's Prodrive on the right after you round the bend on Ulster Street. Beetham Park Motel is on the left going away from the Hamilton CBD prior to rounding the bend in Ulster Street.

Check-in Procedure:
Check-in time is from 12pm until the reception closes at 10pm. Please advise ETA upon booking. Check-out time is by 10am the day of departure. If a later/earlier check-in or checkout is required, we will do our best to accomodate you. Please provide ID when checking in. Please note that 48 hours notice before your booked arrival is required in the event of a cancellation. Please print your confirmation Voucher and present at the check-in.

Outside each room is a FREE Car Parking Space.

Only one of these units available. As luxurious as our other studio units only slightly smaller. Ideal for a couple. This unit includes a Queen Bed, air conditioning, 42 inch plasma TV with your own SKY decoder and 50 + channels, free Wi Fi or unlimited broadband internet, a kitchen with 2 hobs a microwave and fridge, large ensuite bathroom and comfortable furnishings. Parking is also free and conveniently avaliable outside your unit.

Large spacious studio unit with either a double bed plus 1 wide single bed and a 4 seater couch that can convert into 2 single beds-siutable for children. Your home away from home in this spacious apartment. The Master bedroom had a King bed and second bedroom 2 wide singles. There is also a 4 seater couch in the lounge which can convert into 2 single beds - ideal for children. This unit boasts air conditioning, 42 inch plasma TV with your own SKY decoder with over 50 channels, free wi fi or unlimited broadband internet, a full kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge/freezer, large ensuite bathroom and a large lounge complete with a very comfortable 4 seater sofa and 2 lounge chairs.
