"Bad as I cannot turn off all the lights for example, when desk light is turned off, the power to the wall socket is also turned off hence, rendering any electrical device connected to it being unable to charge. Fitness center is horrible as there is only 1 single dumbell of each weight available, multistation is not functioning, dirty and no proper ventilation.
This is a hotel that I highly recommmend your website to de-list. It will give your website a bad reputation for all the misrepresentation provided by the hotel.
I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone in Bangkok." - Andy Liew
"So glad we stayed here, very central. Easy to get to Nana station. Great massage just down the road - Bua Tip, I think. Highly recommmended! Staff friendly, helpful, very courteous. Upgraded us to Club Floor without us asking. Free flow of beer & wine, plus snacks from 5 to 7 pm. Breakfast either at Club Floor or Coffee house. Lovely smelling lobby - lemon grass essential oils. We loved that! Highly recommended hotel!! Would definitely stay again." - Yoon Loong Loke
"Good value for a high-end hotel. Breakfast is not huge choice but plenty enough. Free internet (and beer in the early evening)is very helpful. Close to sky train, always lots of taxis around, and close to bus stop for #2 bus taking you deep into old Bangkok (for 10 cents)." - Anonymous
"Right in the middle of the Arab quarter. Good kebabs and thai street food close by. night markets close by. Hotel's gym very disappointing. Majority of the weight machines didn't work and there were no towels or a water dispenser available. However, there is a 'Fitness First' accross the road." - michael butcher
