"I have previously stayed at the Belconnen Hotel & Serviced Apartments Canberra and that is the reason I chose to stay there again. I found the staff at the front counter very pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was excellent value for money and the woman who served it to our room was very pleasant and courteous. However there were no drinking glasses in the room and I asked for some the following morning. There was a cup we used and it was not cleaned or replaced. The carpet was shabby with a few patches and in need of replacement. The shower area was grotty and needed a very good scrub " - john hehir

"cleaniness of fridge and bathroom was average. generally needs a bit of a spring clean and spruce up. room was a great size, however we were given an interconnecting room, so the noise from the aprtment next to us was a problem in the main bedroom. staff were very friendly and obliging, however cleaners walked into the room twice at 9.10am before checkout time." - Kara Smith
