CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change for some reason we do understand and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or a charge of one night accommodation may be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all may incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation, on or within 48 hours of your arrival may incur a charge. SKI SEASON: July, August and September – requires 14 days notice. Cancellation within this period may incur a charge of one night accommodation or 50% of the booking (whichever is greater) if your room cannot be re-let.

Getting there:
Bella Vista Queenstown is situated at 36 Robins Road. There are two main access points into Queenstown.The main route is via Frankton coming from Christchurch,Dunedin or Invercargill. Continue straight into the town centre until you come to a roundabout crossing Stanley and Shotover street. The SBS Building Society will be the building on your opposite left corner. Turn right and contiue until you come to Robins Road. It will be your second left. We are just a little way down this street.If you are coming from Arrowtown via Coronet Peak and Arthurs Point you will enter town on Gorge road. Robins road is the first turn right after Fresh Choice supermarket.
