Getting there:Follow the signs from the A338 to the East Cliff, turning left at the railway station / Asda superstore. After taking the third exit from the next roundabout and the third exit from the following roundabout guests will be on Bath Road. The Belvedere is situated on the top of Bath Hill.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The beach is 300 yeards away and restaurants and bars are minutes walk away. The staff are very polite and friendly.
Homely comfortable rooms. although older hotel good to see they are investing in plasma screen tv's and internet access. Good breakfast.
We find the hotel ideally situated for our week at the bowls tournament. The car parking facilities are very good. Hotel could do with a lick of paint but we would stay there again.

Found it a nice hotel, with a fairly large room but the bathroom was a bit small, had a very nice swimming pool and Hot tub which was great. The breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable, when we go back to Bournemouth if i could get the hotel at the same price i would be more than happy to stay there again.
Needs modernising. Too many different levels to get to each area within the hotel. decor very dated. Beds very uncomfortable. Excellent breakfast & service. Very friendly staff.Located at top of steep hill from centre not ideal for less mobile or unfit persons.
The only problem with this hotel was that it was very warm in the room. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay in a clean room.

The standard of decor in places looked worst for wear, but the carpets linen and general main areas were all clean and looked respectable. The food was always well presented and hot with a good selection to main evening meal, at a very reasonable price. Staff generaly wanted to help and was always coureous polite and friendly. The swimming pool and other leasure facilities were clean but mian shower prior to entering pool was not working, and had been dismantled due to persistant faults from previous ownership.
Very clean, service & staff very good - staff very friendly - very good position near the sea and shops/restaurants. A little old fashioned, but not a problem - lovely to have the pool & spa. Would definately return.

All the staff were friendly pleasant and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and represents excellent value for money. It has a good location is ideal for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet at bedtime.
the pool and jacuzzi were excellent and the bar too people and staff were very freindly enjoyed our stay and wuld go back
