The staff are friendly and helpful as compared to most of the other hotels in Switzerland we stayed in.
Will stay again next time there. Make sure you get the mountain facing view.

The hotel is situated on the edge of the village, 5 minuits walk from the bus & train station. Friendly helpful staff and very good regional food. Excellent views of the Eiger and surrounding mountains.The hotel club rates are very competative for this quality of 4 star hotel.
THE ROOMS WITH A VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS ARE SIMPLY SPECTACULAR. TRULY THE BEST VIEWS IN THE CITY ARE FROM THIS HOTEL'S BALCONY. THE FOOD WAS ALSO VERY GOOD IN THE HOTEL RESTUARANT. EASY WALK TO TRAIN STATION.
