Very well located being on the edge of the main business district. Only a 10 min walk to almost all of the central restaurants in Bendigo. Whilst the rooms are not opulent the room was clean and comfortable and reasonably well appointed. What the hotel lacks in modernity is made up for in spades by the professional and generous service provided. It had what I was looking for - clean, comfortable and good value.

A good, if fairly basic, motel, located within easy walking distance of the city centre. The service was friendly and efficient, and the included continental breakfast was simple but adequate.
It was not noisy. the walk to the city was easy and flat. The hosts were most pleasant and helpful. Very satisfied s te price was very reasonable.
Clean and fairly modern room. A bit far from town, but still within walking distance. Pool was very clean and enjoyable in the heat. I would stay there again for convenience.
Only critisism is really for room service from Sandbar restaurant which I had delivered for dinner. The meal was luke warm and dry. Dessert was lovely though.
