"Unfortunately whilst confirming my complimentary breakfast when arranging a late check in by phone the breakfast was not provided until requested. It had been forgotten. Very noisy with others banging on doors and calling out around midnight. Despite the power limitations in the heat wave and the lack of external lighting the room was cool and comfortable though at the average end of the scale for facilities and space." - Anonymous
