Bentleys Hotel Stockholm

The hotel is very quite, clean and great location to deslocate inside the city. However, if it have water to drink, shampoo, and toothpaste inside the room will be better. The hotel do not give to you invoice, if you buy through travel agency.

I was in Room 106 and there was a noticeable odour in the bathroom. With the door shut, it did not enter the room but was strong enough to be unpleasant when in the bathroom. As a result, I am not sure I would return to this hotel next time I am in Stockholm.

Conveniently located. A bit pricey but worth it.

Good location at the end of Stockholm's main pedestrian mall - we could walk to the railway station in 10-15 minutes and to pretty much anywhere else in downtown Stockholm and Gamlastan. Very good buffet breakfast - plenty of it. They even put together an early breakfast for us when we had to leave for a train before the normal breakfast commencement time. Room was big (old renovated building) but parquet floor had tendency to creak as a result.

The bathroom was clean but the base of the shower had old mould stains and was in need of refurbishment. It looked unsightly. Breakfast was excellant. The hotel is a lttle too far from all the tourist activities that take place at the southern end of the city eg buas and boat trips, and Gamlastam.

Excellent location but very small room. Ok for short stay.

Not a place to get excited about, located at the far end of the main shopping street. Fine for reaching most of the central part of the city and 5min walk to the train station. Very basic breakfast not really worth getting up for - better to head to one of the cafes on the street outside.

The room was basic but for a weekend break it was a place for us to put our heads down for the night after lots of sightseeing during the day, so that was fine. The staff were helpful and the breakfast area was very nice.

Clean, comfortable but basic budget-price hotel room. Ten minutes walk from the railway station.

First room we stayed in had a leaking shower so the floor was covered in water. Breakfast was very nice and location was great. Second room we stayed in had the Fire Escape door in it, so if there happened to be a fire, all and sundry would be exiting through our room, so door had to be kept free of luggage at all times. Very bad management we felt.

I found the staff to be very courteous & friendly, it made up for any shortcomings.

Breacfast room to small, when a lot of people need to sit with some one at the table, food and choice is so so. In general if you can get a cheap rate for room in advance it's okay hotel. It's situated on a walking street which goes strait to the old town walking street Also you can reserve a cheap bus shuttle service to Arlanda airport at 150SEK per trip what is more than twice cheaper if going by ordinary taxi. Rooms are small there but okay.

It is a small old hotel that is clean, but not in line with modern hotel fascilities.

Position is in the heart of the city and in one of the bussiest main street in Stockholm, very suitable for shopping etc 70 Sek taxi ride. We must have been the last gusts to arrive. The room given was very unsatisfactory. The room was a cut off from a very large room approximaetly 7ft wide looking into the court yard. The shower did not have a shower curtain and no proper wardrobe or drawers were fitted. However after I complained, the receptionest offered to change the room the next morning because the hotel was fully booked(very commendable) but we decided not to do so as we had already unpacked. The price for this type of room was too high hence the above answer. However the staff were helpfull and I would not mind booking the same hotel again provided I am not given the same type of room.

Room was a bit shoddy - the curtain rail was falling down. Corridors were a bit gloomy and some bits and pieces were lying around. Perhaps it was just my room on my floor (3)

You get good value for your money. Clean, good and quiet location (situated on the main shopping street which is a pedestrian street). Friendly service.

Excellent breakfast buffet ! And the location is really good, within minutes you are at the heart of Stckholm
