"This is a genuine 4-star hotel, lacking only its own restaurant. The breakfast room is a delight, with charming multilingual staff. With the exception of one rather offhand person, the reception staff were friendly and helpful; one of them obligingly spent time setting up our laptop for wireless internet reception (only available on the ground and first floor unless you used their computer). Double-glazed windows kept the bedroom quiet, permitting only the gentle sound of church bells. A nice place to stay!" - Ray Bailey

Hotel description:    Hotel Berchielli is a 4 star hotel located in the heart of Florence, very close to the famous Ponte Vecchio. Our black and white marble reception area combines modern design with comfort, an impressive introduction that contrasts with this ancient and fascinating city. From our hotel, you will easily be able to visit the arts and treasures for which Florence is renowned, not to mention the many shopping streets and numerous restaurants and bars. After a long day, relax in our reading room, or enjoy a drink in our American bar. The hotel has its own meeting room with a capacity of up to 80 people. Wi.Fi. in public areas and 18 rooms. Internet point in lobby. The 76 bedrooms are all furnished in subtle green, blue or brown color schemes and are equipped with private bathroom, sound proofing, air conditioning, TV, safe, hair dryer and radio. One third of our rooms offer outstanding views of Ponte Vecchio, and several rooms on the upper floor open onto a terrace with excellent views.
