"Very small room. Very small bathroom and lots of noise from the pipes (from other rooms). I was given a room at groundfloor. Not recommend. Ask for room further up the floors. The staff started very early and they were noisy! Breakfast was ok, but service slow." - Anonymous


"Had a 1st floor room facing the street. Not much traffic so quiet enough. Wouldn't want a room opposite the elevator. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was good being close to two subway stations, pubs and restaurants and a good walk throught Kensington Gardens to the West End. No free Wifi though.
