The Hotel is readily accessible from Tegel Airport. It is overall of good quality and has a very good restaurant both in terms of food quality and price. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff all of whom speak good English. Room very clean but no tea and coffee facilities. Very Good buffet breakfast till 10.30. I travelled with my son and booked 2 single rooms. My bed was tiny,but my son's was 3/4.
great place to stay, very good rooms, nice size. hotel was very nice, staff were very helpful. breakfast was very good, a large selection of cold and hot food, breads, cereals and yogurts too. the hotel restaurant is also very good, decently priced and you also get 10% off if staying at the hotel. good location, right next to the shopping area (5min walk) as well as the u-bahn. taxi from the main station is about 14euro, easier and cheaper if you have 2+ people with luggage than catching 2 or more u-bahn trains to get there. great hotel, would definitely stay again.
Excellent location. Very clean and helpful staff. Rooms a little small but as in Berlin to sight-see didn't spend time in room so adequate for our needs.

It is a very nice hotel in the center of Berlin, very close to the metro. Very good breakfast and a welcome drink! There were however, two drawbacks, very hot in the room (July...) as there is no air-conditioning and even hotter at the corridor, and the cleaning lady working already at 8.00 a.m. on Saturday morning... Generally speaking, highly recommended

The hotel was very easy to reach by public transport and was close to many attractions. The staff were helpful and answered all questions happily. Breakfast was the best we had while in Europe. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I return to Berlin.
Nice centrally located hotel. Noise from common areas and other rooms was bothersome. Ordinary presentation of rooms and decor made up for with good facilities (free WIFI internet in rooms, good breakfast and associated restaurant).

It is only one bad thing I have to share - the room service is too loud every morning and they start to clean before 8 hour in the morning. For me it is very unconvinient and unplesant.
