We got to the hotel really early with the intention to drop our bags but the receptionist checked us in after we explained that we were in a hurry to catch the bus to the factory outlet. The breakfast spread the next morning was fantastic, lots of variety, fantastic capuccino and they even have a juicer at the buffet table for the fresh fruit selection. It's totally awesome for a hotel in Europe.
This charming hotel provided me with a pleasant one night stay after a 30 hour trip from New Zealand to Milan. I was completely delighted with my room quiet restful sleep in crisp white linen lovely bathroom delicious breakfast and espresso to get me going again. It's so close to Central Station cages shops and the open bus tour stop. Stay here it's lovely.
the service for breakfast were fantastic, there were many choices of bread and fruit as well as fresh coffee on your request. I enjoyed my stay with always cheerful services there. I will come back on my next visit.
Location- convenience to Metro and regional trains , free wifi access, the breakfast- marvellous and the complimentary drinks etc in the room. Room was clean and quiet too. would stay there again - anytime
Stayed for 1 night. Location is good - it is near the Milano Centrale (railway station) and located near food outlets (cafe & MacDonald). Room comes with free internet access, daily replenishable (non-alcoholic) minibar and drink bar near the reception. Staff, except those in breakfast room, are friendly. Room condition is average and can be improved. It will be worth to note that there is no 24-hr room service.

The room was small for 3 persons
We stayed in the executive block across the road from the main hotel. Our daughter stayed in the main hotel. Both were excellent. The help from all staff could not be faulted. To top it off, the breakfast is superb - nice mix of Italian and English. We thoroughly recommend the Berna.
Excellent hotel, very good services. I have stayed in other hotels in Milano for a higher price and received a lower standard of service.

The hotel is located very close to the Centrale Station but is certainly greater than the claimed 50 metre distance. The facilities are pretty good and overall the hotel rooms are comfortable but suggest that they should not restrict use of internet to 1 hour in the room or 0.5 hr in the lobby.
Room was in the new part of the hotel opposite the main hotel entrance. Nice and clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, magnificent breakfast!
Hotel staff was quite hospitable and very helpful with giving directions and suggestions on places to dine. Highly recommended and in a great location (near central station).
The Berna Hotel was very friendly, and is safe for anyone traveling alone. This hotel speaks very good english and was able to help with all my questions.

Be careful which room they give you. Booking by the net gets a good price but a small room. Still clean and really nice breakfast - part of the deal.
